Each participant plays our high-fidelity business situation game on a tablet thereby immersing them in an engaging, competitive and dynamic environment.  Participants learn to challenge themselves, question assumptions, explore perspectives and build leadership confidence as part of their leadership journey.  To improve retention and application of the high-impact leadership lessons learned, each participant receives an individual assessment report base on their situational judgment decisions.
